These term and conditions apply to our online shop and wholesale shop customers.

1. Copyright

All images contained on this website remain copyright of VK Guy Ltd, it is forbidden by law to copy or reproduce our images in any form without written authority.

2. Description of Goods

We make every effort to ensure that the description of the goods is as accurate as possible.

We make every effort to display the colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer can accurately reflect the colours of the products.

3.Your contract with us

Online Shop

Orders will be processed once we have received payment for the whole amount. When the payment has been received we will send an email to confirm payment and the order will be processed. Once we have accepted the order and have received the payment a legally binding contract occurs between us and you, the customer, This contract does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Price

Online Shop

All prices as shown in the online shop include VAT and are in pound sterling.

Delivery charges, were applicable will be shown at the checkout.

Our prices may change over time, but this will not affect orders already submitted.

The price of the products includes 2nd class delivery ( if 1st class delivery is required this will be chargeable).

Whilst we take every effort to maintain the website including the prices, errors may occur and we will contact you to inform you if a pricing error has occurred that affects your order. You will have an option of continuing the transaction at the correct prices or cancelling the transaction.

Wholesale Shop

All prices as shown in the wholesale shop do not include VAT and are in pound sterling.

VAT will be added at the checkout.

Delivery charges will occur on orders under £100.00 before VAT.

Orders over £100.00 before VAT will not incur delivery charges.

Our prices may change over time, but this will not affect orders already submitted.

6. Availability

If we are unable to supply you with a product that you have ordered from our website we will contact you by email or by telephone. Your order will not be processed and if payment has been taken, you will have the price of the unavailable products refunded with any delivery charges that you may have paid for.

7. Cancellation Rights

Online shop

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel the contract at any time from placing the order and up to 14 days after receiving the order,

To exercise your right of cancellation, you will need to contact us via the Contact Us section of the website within the 14 days after receipt of the order. Once you have cancelled the order with us you have another 14 days in which to return the items.

If you had the products delivered to yourself using 1st class postage or any other additional delivery cost this will not be refunded unless the product was faulty.

If you cancel the order before you have received the products but after we have processed the products, on delivery of the products you must return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, at your own cost and risk.

If we have debited your credit or debit cards we will credit your credit or debit card on the return of the cancelled products. The credit or debit card will be credited within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. The products must be returned to us in the condition that they were delivered to you.

If the products are not returned to us we will be unable to credit your account.

If you return the products without paying for the return delivery we will credit your accounts the cost of the products in question and deduct the cost of the delivery charges from your refund.

Refunds will not be issued until the items have been received by us, in good condition. Any items lost in transit will not be considered for refund, unless proof of delivery is provided by you.

Wholesale shop

VK Guy Ltd selling to trade via the wholesale shop, is not bound by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to accept cancellation.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items please inform us with 7 days.

If the goods are faulty we will accept the return and either provide a refund or replace the items.

If you are unhappy with your order please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Returns

Online shop

If for some reason you are unhappy with the items you have had delivered please return them in the condition they were received and in appropriate packaging that will not damage the items.

Please return them within 30 days to VK Guy Ltd, Browhead Cottage, Troutbeck, Windermere, Cumbria LA23 1PG. Do remember to obtain proof of posting. VK Guy Ltd will process the returned item(s) as soon as possible after receiving them.

We will be happy to refund or exchange the item(s).

Framed Fine Art prints must be returned in the packaging they were delivered and at your cost. If the Fine Art Print is faulty we will refund the delivery charge.

Online shop

When purchasing from our online shop you may purchase as a guest or set up an account with a password.

This password is confidential and you must not disclose it to a third part.

We have the right to disable any account that we believe is not being used according to our terms and conditions.

Wholesale shop

When purchasing from our Wholesale shop you must set up a password account with us.

This password is confidential and you must not disclose it to a third party.

We have the right to disable any account that we believe is not being used according to our terms and conditions.


10. Payment

Online shop

Payment is made by debit or credit card.

Products will be despatched once payment is confirmed.

Wholesale shop

Payment is made by debit or credit card in advance of delivery or payment can be made by BACS or cheque, on receipt of invoice.

The invoice will arrive with the delivery.

If paying by debit or credit card the order will be despatched once payment has been confirmed.

If paying by cheque via remittance order, the order will be despatched once we have received the order.

All items remain the property of VK Guy Ltd until full payment has been received.

Accounts must be paid within 30 days of you receiving the invoice.

11.Liability

If you have not received the goods ordered within 30 days of ordering please contact us.

If you do not contact us within 60 days of ordering we have no liability to you.

If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions we will only be liable to you for the purchase price of the products.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any of our rights will not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights nor bar their exercise or enforcement in the future.
